ABOUT IMAGE:
A gorgeous moment in a lavender field as a gentle wind brushed lavender against my knees. I slowed my shutter speed in hopes to catch the movement without distorting the place and to my surprise, it worked!
Nestled in Sequim, on the peninsula of Washington State is one of the most magical places I’ve ever been to, Washington Lavender Farm. With “Washington” in the title, you’d think it solely represents the state it resides in, but “Washington” actually refers to “George Washington” as in the first president of the constitution, and his infamous Mt. Vernon manor. The replica of his estate overlooks the Salish Sea from a cliff and is framed in rows of lavender.
This image is one of my favorite images I've ever taken and given this, I have placed white around the horizontal images to make it that much more special.
