Through the ancient teachings of yoga and other philosophies, I aim to empower my students to find balance, strength, and inner peace on and off the mat.
In addition to yoga, I also work with energy healing techniques to help clear blockages, restore harmony, and promote healing on a deeper level. By tapping into subtle energies that flow within and around us, I facilitate a space for transformation and growth.

Following a spontaneous kundalini awakening, I was led to energy work after picking up a deck of tarot cards and discovering my channeling abilities.
