CACAO AND KUNDALINI
Awaken your Kundalini energy with Ana Lucia and Jess Morgan and return to your light. In this exclusive event, immerse yourself in divine flow and sacred rhythm with a five-part, two-hour event. First, we will start with a short intention setting to take into the activation; this directs the energy and sets a tone. Then, we will move into breathwork and hypnosis that will tuck you into a deep meditative state. This allows for your brainwaves to slow so the healing can take place. Next comes the activation, which lasts about 45 minutes and involves a heightened energy meant to raise your vibration and catalyze your life. To wrap up, we will ground with a cuppa mama cacao, which leaves you centered in the heart, and with a beautiful earthy aftertaste to embody the energy.
